Permanent Exhibitions

The permanent exhibition is designed so that visitors can feel the factory spaces as if they were working. This is done by transposing the different sound and visual environments to the exhibition space. In addition to the audiovisual media that show us the different technical systems of the Fábrica de Tabacos da Maia, there are also written media that accompany the entire exhibition route. The explanatory texts are written in Portuguese and English. The permanent exhibition can be seen throughout four spaces: Weighing and Pressing Room, Direct Light Dryer; Indirect Fire Dryer and Weighbridge.
